Our courses are funded through the Adult Skills Fund - a government-backed programme that supports learners aged 19 and over. These courses are designed to develop key skills, boost your confidence and help you take the next step.
These courses are delivered in-person at our Birmingham site:
2nd floor, Quayside Tower, Broad Street, Birmingham, B1 2HF
Some courses combine in-person and online learning, so you will need internet access if part of your course is taught online.
To join, you will need proof of address and evidence that you can live and work in the UK.

We offer a number of free to access beginner level courses, which are perfect for those looking to get back into work. They take between eight and 12 weeks to complete.
Do you want to work in office administration? This course will give you the skills you need to succeed in a career in business administration.
Do you want to work in customer-facing sectors like retail, hospitality or call centres? This course will help you quickly learn the skills needed to get you a customer service role you love.
Do you want to work in the hospitality industry? This hands on, practical course will give you the knowledge and skills to work in hospitality roles across a variety of sectors.
Do you want to work in the warehousing and logistics industry, or are you already working in a similar role but keen to improve your skills? This course will give you the knowledge to thrive in a warehouse or as part of a logistics company.
This fully funded course is ideal if you are looking to develop your career and takes between 12 and 14 weeks to complete.
Do you want to work in a management or team leadership role? This course will teach you the skills to manage teams, solve problems and communicate with a range of stakeholders at different levels.
