Course summary

Do you want free access to office administration training? This fully funded course will give you the skills you need to succeed in a career in business administration.

You will also receive one-to-one mentoring support, and have access to professional networking opportunities to help you further develop in your career.

You should hold a Level 1 equivalent in maths and English or be able to achieve Level 1 in initial assessments. Ideally, you should want to work within a business administration role.

After completing your Business Administration course, you can progress to a Level 2 qualification to further develop your admin skills in work.

You will cover:

  • Carrying out common administrative tasks

  • Using word processors and other frequently used software

  • Creating and editing documents

  • Storing and retrieving data

  • Working as part of a team

  • Building your CV, searching for jobs and preparing for interviews
