Course summary

Do you want to work in customer-facing sectors like retail or hospitality? Get free access to customer service training with this fully funded course, and quickly learn the skills needed to get you a customer service role you love.

You will also receive one-to-one mentoring support, and have access to professional networking opportunities to help you further develop in your career.

You should hold a Level 1 equivalent in maths and English or be able to achieve Level 1 in initial assessments. Ideally, you should also want to work within a customer service role.

After completing your Customer Service course, you can progress to a Level 2 qualification to further develop your customer service skills in work.

You will learn:

  • How to identify different types of customers and their needs

  • How to talk to customers verbally and in writing

  • How to respond to customer problems and complaints

  • How to build your CV, searching for jobs and preparing for interviews
