These courses are delivered on behalf of the Adult Skills Fund. This is a government-backed programme that provides free access to courses designed to help you to develop essential employment skills and further education. These courses are for adults aged 19 and above
All our courses are delivered in-person at our London site:
Kirkdale House, 9 Kirkdale Road, Bushwood, Leytonstone, London, E11 1HP
Some courses offer a mix of classroom and online learning. You will need internet access if your course includes online sessions.
To join, you simply need proof of address and evidence that you are able to live and work in the UK.
Aged 19 or above
Living in Barking and Dagenham, Bexley, Bromley, Enfield, Greenwich, Havering, Newham, Redbridge or Waltham Forest
Unemployed and not in education or training, and actively seeking work – or employed and want to improve your skills and qualifications

We offer a range of fully funded courses for beginners which are perfect if you are looking to get back into employment. They are accredited by City & Guilds, TQUK, NFCE and Gateway Qualifications and take from 10 days to 12 weeks to complete.
Do you want to work in a customer-facing sector like retail or hospitality, or improve your skills if you already work in a customer experience role? This course will help you quickly learn the skills you need. Courses start at Level 1.
Do you lack confidence when using computers? This course is designed to improve your technology skills and confidence using digital devices. Courses start at Level 1.
Do you want to improve your English? This course will help you practise speaking, reading and writing in English. You will learn useful everyday English words and phrases, grammar and pronunciation for life and work in the UK. Courses start at Entry Level 1.
We also offer fully funded intermediate courses, ideal if you are looking to develop further in your chosen field. Intermediate courses take between three and eight weeks to complete.
Do you want to work in health or social care? This course is an introduction to the wide variety of roles available, and the knowledge and skills you will need. Courses start at Level 2.
Do you want to work in an office or in a business administration role? This course will give you the skills you need to succeed. Courses start at Level 2.
Do you want to work in the hospitality industry? This course will give you the skills to work in hospitality roles in restaurants, pubs, hotels, cafés and more. Courses start at Level 2.

All our courses in London take place at Kirkdale House, 9 Kirkdale Road, Bushwood, Leytonstone, London, E11 1HP.
There are several courses offering online modules including Adult Health and Social Care, Business Administration, Customer Service and Digital Skills.
Most courses are taught Monday to Thursday 9am to 3pm. You will need to attend your specified site consistently for these sessions. Our team will give you more details relating to your course.

Unfortunately not. We are unable to offer courses to anyone under 19.
We are unable to support learners who are on a course with another training provider.
