Do you want to work in a call centre or contact centre? You can get free access to call centre training with this fully funded three-week course, perfect for adults over 19.

This course comes with a guaranteed interview for a call centre role.

You will also receive one-to-one mentoring support, as well as access to professional networking opportunities to help you further develop your career.

You should ideally hold a Level 1 equivalent in maths and English or be able to achieve Level 1 in initial assessments and want to work in a call centre role.

After completing your Call Centres course, we will support you to apply for jobs and other opportunities.
