You should ideally hold a Level 1 equivalent in maths and English or be able to achieve Level 1 in initial assessments and want to work in a call centre role.

This course is taught through a combination of classroom-based learning and practical activities, where you’ll build confidence in communication and problem-solving.
You’ll receive personalised support while working on both group tasks and individual assignments. Class sizes are no more than 16 learners.
Courses start every month, so you can join when it suits you and take the first step toward a rewarding role in customer service.
