You should ideally hold a Level 1 equivalent in Maths and English or be able to achieve Level 1 in initial assessments and want to work in a customer service role.

Our Working in Customer Service course is designed to help you develop skills needed for customer-facing roles.
You’ll gain real-world experience in a supportive environment with a mix of classroom-based learning and practical activities.
You’ll receive personalised support while working on both group tasks and individual assignments. There will be a maximum of 16 learners in each class.
New courses start every month, so you can join when it suits you and take the next step toward a career in customer service.
